The representatives of the University of Silesia will take part in the “International Joint Conference of Polish and Chinese Technical Universities, Establishment of the Joint Research Center of the New Silk Route in Poznan”. The conference will be hosted by Poznan University of Technology on 26 and 27 April 2017, and will cover the topics of the academic cooperation between Polish and Chinese universities.
The meeting will gather academics from both China and Poland, including the delegates from the Beijing University of Technology, Chongquing Jiaotong University and Tianjin University of Technology.
In order to improve the exchange of information and experience, as well as to develop the cooperation with our partners, the University of Silesia will be represented by the Vice-Rector for Finance and Development – Prof. Michał Daszykowski, Rector’s Proxy for International Students – Prof. Jolanta Tambor and University’s Confucian Classes Coordinator – Dr. Agnieszka Tambor.
The meeting program includes also the opening of the Common Research Center of the New Silk Route in Poznan.
