Jury of the Gdynia Film Festival awarded prizes in the Young Cinema Competition. Among laureates are students of Krzysztof Kieślowski Radio and Television Faculty at University of Silesia. The Lucjan Bokiniec Award of the Young Cinema Competition was granted to Mateusz Głowacki for the film entitled “When the Light of Dawn Arises”.
The Scientific Information Centre and Academic Library (Polish acronym: CINiBA) has been nominated in the “Architectural Award” contest. The building is one of five finalists, selected from 117 proposed projects.
