In 2013/2014 academic year at the University of Silesia in Katowice candidates with Polish language competence have a chance to take up tuition-free studies. This program is designed for candidates from non-EU countries. Candidates need to have competence in the Polish language sufficient to take up studies taught in Polish. There are 201 tuition-free places at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes. Admission will be based on a secondary school certificate (for Bachelor’s programs) or diploma competition (for Master’s programs).
