On 26th and 27th January 2017 the conference organized by Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education will take place in Katowice. The conference deals with the topics of career and development of young academic staff, including their working conditions, career path and their functioning in Polish education system.

Speeches and discussions from both days of the conference will be streamed online. The transmission will be delivered by the internet television of the University of Silesia – UŚ TV.
