Knowing how hard is to determine the field of studies while being a candidate, the University of Silesia has prepared the U-kierunkuj się (“Find Your Path”) application. Being a multimedia quiz, U-kierunkuj się proposes candidates the programmes of studies chosen on the basis of their preferences.

By gathering the information about candidates’ interests, passions and strong points, the application matches the individual predispositions with study programmes of the University’s offer. All the candidate must do is to answer about twenty questions and let the matching be done.

The number of questions in the base reaches 1,000 and the sole questions are chosen for each candidate individually in a dynamic way. This way the application presents numerous possibilities to the candidates and yet, puts no obligations on them.
